Twitter (X) rival Bluesky is now publicly available

Bluesky, founded by Twitter’s former CEO Jack Dorsey, opened to all users by leaving the special invitation code. An invitation is no longer required to use Bluesky.

Twitter, which made many controversial decisions after Elon Musk’s acquisition, changed its name to X.

Bluesky, the social media platform founded last year by Twitter’s former CEO Jack Dorsey, has until now only accepted users through special invitations.

Bluesky is open to everyone

It was announced that the platform left closed beta after a year and became available for everyone.

An invitation is no longer required from those who want to become a member of the application. This means that anyone can register on the platform.

You can now download the Bluesky app on iOS or Android and sign up without requiring an invitation.

Bluesky, which is expected to be a rival to Twitter, appears as a simplified version of Twitter.

You can see the posts shared by other users in the main stream. In practice; Features such as liking, commenting and resharing are also available.

Jack Dorsey first signaled that he would create a decentralized social media in a tweet he sent in 2019.
